• moved stuff up to attic, cleaned up and organized until I started dripping sweat

• refilled ice melt buckets, stacked under back basement stairs

• rinsed out large round trash can that ice melt was stored in

• moved 2 minifridges down from attic to clean

• scraped old caulk/dirt/etc off window frame in kitchen to prep for screen installation

Sunday 8/2

• worked on meal plan contract

• figured out website issue

• quote for full house carpet cleaning from Greener Method Cleaning & Restoration

• Robertson's Storm & Screen out to start repair/replacement process

Thursday 7/30

• fire alarm pull station replaced in common room next to patio door

  • technician also took a look at the panel to figure out why it keeps randomly beeping - when it loses its cell signal, it will beep

• contacted Robertson's Storm & Screen about getting ground floor screens repaired/replaced

• updated resident spreadsheet with finalized room assignments

• contacted Greener Method Cleaning & Restoration for a quote to get the carpets in the house cleaned

• shared why Nikky is no longer with us on IG

• Acme Ventillation Co vent cleaning- told me he'd be here at noon, showed up at 11

  • this was the 5th time he rescheduled on me over the past couple months- will NOT be asking him to come back due to an increase in unprofessionalism as time as gone on

  • hood vent in kitchen cleaned by Roger Urso - left mess in kitchen

  • dryer vents cleaned by Dan Webb

  • kitchen hood vent due for re-cleaning 12-22-2026

• Jackson Service Co (Ed) out to look at single fridge in kitchen temping high- needed more refrigerant-  added and is back to working condition- paperwork in HC mailbox

• called UofM grounds and put in work order about getting tree hanging over parking lot fence trimmed back before move-in

• phone call with Steve to discuss our plan for the next week and what's happened in the past 24 hours.

• noticed dumpster didn't get emptied this week- probably because of the dumpster/parking in the driveway situation - NBD, it's not even half full
