get in mail & packages, notify recipients
keep an eye on the house to minimize/avoid theft, excessive mess, and damage
collect information from residents for move-in, breaks, and move-out
bridge gap between HC "adults" and UG "kids"
- participate in monthly HC board meetings
- communicate fix list to property manager
